Most "red light therapy" is a panel on a wall. This is something else.
The ARRC LED Elysium™ is a whole-body photobiomodulation bed — the flagship of ARRC's line. It doesn't just shine red light at you; it scans you, builds a session for you, and layers four field technologies over pulsed light while you rest for 20 minutes.
Inside the canopy — light from every angle, head to toe
Six clinical wavelengths
Visible red, deep red and near-infrared light delivered together — each range reaching a different depth of tissue, from skin to muscle.
AI-guided body scan
Each program starts with a biofield scan. The system draws on 1,800+ evidence-informed sequences, and Dr. Iso's team reviews your protocol — it's not picked off a menu.
Four technologies, layered
Pulsed photobiomodulation plus PEMF, TENS microcurrent and scalar fields, stacked in a single bed. No add-ons, no upsells mid-session.
Whole body, 20 minutes
Head-to-toe light a panel or mask can't reach — while you lie down. Non-invasive, no needles, no downtime.

Your mask isn't wrong. It's just small.
At-home masks and panels use the same principle — red and near-infrared light supporting cellular energy. But they cover one area at low output, and they can't see you. The Elysium surrounds your entire body, combines six wavelengths with pulsed fields, and starts from a scan of you — with a medical team screening whether light therapy even makes sense for your situation.
Keep the mask. Use it between sessions. Just know what a medical-grade bed does differently.
Not all red light is equal. Ask what machine you'll actually be lying in.
Discounted "red light packages" are advertised all over. Some run on excellent equipment. Some don't. We wrote down the five questions we'd want answered before paying anyone — including us.
One machine. Different reasons to lie in it.
Recovery & performance
Athletes and active people using light to support muscle recovery, circulation and post-training soreness.
Skin health
Red wavelengths support collagen, tone and texture — and pair naturally with our medical aesthetic treatments.
Energy & sleep
Photobiomodulation supports cellular energy production; many patients book sessions around demanding weeks.
Healthy aging
A gentle, non-invasive addition to a longevity plan — often alongside hormone health care with Dr. Iso.
Body goals
Researching body contouring? We'll give you the honest version: what light can support as part of a plan — and what it can't do on its own.
Red light therapy supports general wellness — cellular energy, circulation, recovery and skin health. It is not a treatment or cure for medical conditions, and results vary from person to person. Your session starts with an assessment so we can tell you honestly whether it fits your goals.

Questions we actually get
Is this legit, or just another wellness trend?
Both exist. Photobiomodulation — light in the red and near-infrared range influencing cellular energy production — has a real and growing research base for things like recovery, circulation and skin health. The hype problem is real too: weak devices, inflated promises and miracle claims. Our position as a medical clinic: it's a legitimate supportive therapy with honest limits, and we'll tell you at your assessment whether it fits your goals. Dr. Iso's full answer is on our FAQ page.
What does a session actually feel like?
Warm, bright and surprisingly relaxing. You lie in the open Elysium bed for about 20 minutes wearing eye protection. There are no needles and nothing touches your skin except light. Most people leave the way they'd leave a good rest — there's no downtime at all.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on your goal, which is why we won't sell you a package before an assessment. Light therapy is cumulative — most protocols involve multiple sessions per week over several weeks, then maintenance. After your scan, Dr. Iso's team recommends a cadence, and our pricing page shows exactly what that costs before you commit to anything.
Is it safe? Who shouldn't use it?
Red light therapy is non-invasive and generally very well tolerated. That said, we screen everyone: pregnancy, active cancer, photosensitizing medications and certain other conditions need a doctor's judgment — which is the point of doing this in a physician-led clinic rather than a salon. The full contraindication list is on the Elysium page.
What makes this different from a red light bed at a tanning salon?
Three things: the machine, the assessment and the oversight. The Elysium is ARRC's flagship medical-wellness bed with six wavelengths and layered field technologies — a different class of device from salon-grade beds. Every patient is medically screened first. And the program runs under Dr. Andras Iso, MD, inside a regulated medical clinic. Come see the actual machine — what you see is what you'll lie in.
